We begin with a long, unhurried conversation where I get to know you—the real you. The Plan
From there, I create a personalized Ayurvedic action plan just for you. You’ll learn practical, simple steps to restore balance—through movement, breath, nutrition, rituals, and daily rhythms that work for your life. I’ll walk you through it clearly, so you feel confident and excited (not overwhelmed) about what’s next.
Step 3
The Check-in
Finally, we meet again to see how things are landing. This follow-up call gives you space to celebrate what’s working, ask questions, and get clarity on anything that still feels fuzzy. Healing is a journey, and I’ll be right here making sure you don’t get lost along the way.
